1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using hanaminews.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hanami is a free, web-based platform that aggregates publicly available on-chain data from Robinhood Chain and presents it in the form of smart wallet rankings, Alpha signals, token analytics, and paper trading. The Service includes:

• An interactive dashboard at /app
• Content pages (smart wallets, alpha signals, token analysis)
• A public JSON API
• Real-time SSE (Server-Sent Events) data push

3. No Financial Advice

This is the most important section. Hanami is a data tool, not a financial advisor. Specifically:

• Alpha signals (Smart Buy, Whale Movement, Alpha Consensus) are generated by automated algorithms processing public on-chain data. They are not buy or sell recommendations.
• Smart wallet rankings do not imply endorsement. A high smartness score does not mean the wallet will continue to be profitable.
• Token analytics (price, FDV, liquidity, volume) are factual market data, not investment advice.
• Paper trading results are simulated and do not reflect real market conditions or fees.
• Past performance of smart wallets does not guarantee future results.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading, especially meme coins and low-liquidity tokens, involves substantial risk of total loss. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

4. Data Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee it:

• On-chain data is fetched from Blockscout RPC. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or outages on the Blockscout side.
• Token price data is synced from DexScreener. We are not responsible for DexScreener data accuracy.
• Smartness scores and Alpha signals are algorithmic outputs. They may contain false positives or miss signals due to data gaps.
• Data may be delayed. The "Updated at" timestamp shown in the dashboard reflects the last successful data sync.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the API in a way that disrupts or overloads the Service (rate limits may apply)
• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download content beyond what the API provides
• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Present Hanami's data as your own without attribution

6. Intellectual Property

The Hanami name, logo, website design, and original content (articles, methodology descriptions, FAQ) are protected by intellectual property rights. On-chain data displayed on the Service is public blockchain data and is not owned by Hanami.

You may freely use, share, and build upon the data returned by our public API, provided you do not misrepresent the source.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access (maintenance, updates, or outages may occur)
• Real-time data with zero latency
• Permanent availability of any specific feature

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Hanami shall not be liable for any financial losses, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or losses due to inaccurate or delayed data.
• Hanami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites (Blockscout, DexScreener, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are provided without a specific jurisdiction clause. If you have a legal dispute, please contact us first — we prefer to resolve issues through communication.
