TL;DR: Hanami is privacy-first. We don't collect your wallet address, we don't require an account to use the dashboard or API, and we don't sell data. The only data we process is public blockchain data — which is, by definition, already public.

1. What Data We Process

1.1 Public Blockchain Data

Hanami aggregates and analyzes publicly available data from the Robinhood Chain blockchain. This includes wallet addresses, transaction records, token contract data, and DEX trading activity. All of this data is inherently public — anyone can view it on Blockscout or DexScreener. Hanami does not "own" this data and does not claim any rights over it.

1.2 Technical Usage Data

When you visit hanaminews.com, our server logs standard request metadata (IP address, timestamp, user-agent, requested URL). This is used solely for:

Server security and abuse prevention
Aggregate traffic analytics (e.g., total page views)
Debugging and performance optimization

We do not use this data to build user profiles, track individuals across sessions, or sell to third parties.

1.3 Paper Trading Data

If you use the Paper Trading feature in the dashboard, simulated portfolio data (positions, orders, P&L) is stored server-side. This data is not linked to your identity — it is associated only with an anonymous session identifier. Clearing your browser storage will permanently delete this data.

2. What We Don't Collect

Your wallet address — We never ask you to connect a wallet. Hanami reads on-chain data via public RPC, not via wallet connections.
Personal information — No email, no name, no phone number. No account is needed.
Cookies for tracking — We don't use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. The dashboard uses localStorage for UI preferences (language, theme) only.
Social media data — We don't integrate with or scrape social media platforms.

3. Third-Party Services

Hanami fetches data from the following third-party APIs. When you use our dashboard, your browser may make direct requests to these services:

4. Data Retention

Server logs: Retained for up to 30 days for security purposes, then automatically deleted.
On-chain data: Stored indefinitely as historical analytics data. This is public blockchain data and contains no personal information.
Paper trading data: Retained until you clear browser storage or the session expires (30 days of inactivity).

5. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data linked to your identity, traditional data subject access requests (DSAR) are generally not applicable. However, if you believe we hold any data about you, you may contact us to request:

Access to your data
Deletion of your data
Correction of inaccurate data

6. Children's Privacy

Hanami is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
