Chips and compute: • Nvidia: Vera Rubin NVL72 and Vera CPUs now generally available on OCI. OCI will introduce HGX Rubin NVL8 with eight Rubin GPUs in an x86 server. The companies are expanding Vera Rubin to multi-gigawatt scale • Google: TPUs will be available through OCI in calendar year 2027 • Cerebras: fast inference will be available on OCI in calendar year 2027 • SambaNova: SambaRack SN50 inference chips to be deployed in OCI data centers • Intel $INTC: plans expanded collaboration with Oracle to support enterprise and agentic AI on OCI OpenAI: Oracle announced a collaboration to integrate OpenAI models, ChatGPT and Codex with Oracle applications, data and cloud infrastructure.
