The Kulevi refinery started processing Kazakh crude in early July, while a cargo of oil from Libya is expected to arrive between Aug. 20 and 30, Black Sea Petroleum said in a statement dated July 31. The EU included the Kulevi plant in a sanctions package in July, giving BSP six months to transition away from Russian crude to alternative supplies.
