The paper presents HelixForge, Minos’ GPU-native engine that generates SN107’s hidden evaluation genomes, as its most complex case study.
On a matched benchmark, HelixForge ran 60× faster end-to-end than BamSurgeon and cut mutation-frequency error by more than half.

Macrocosmos launched Orion-16B, a live 16B-parameter training run on IOTA.

The model is training across three continents on a heterogeneous mix of RTX 4090s and 5090s.
