I texted my CEO and told her to order a pizza for pickup at 5 PM, under Teslaconomics. She wrote out what she planned to say, showed it to me, and got my approval. She only dialed after I tapped “Call”.
Her opening line: “I’m a virtual assistant calling for Teslaconomics on a recorded line.”
I liked that.
She introduced herself as my assistant, used the name I gave her, and never said my real name or phone number.
