With voters heading to the polls Tuesday morning, President Trump took to Fox News to make a surprising policy announcement: that he and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had agreed to end U.S. aid to Israel by the end of the year.
“They don’t need it,” Trump said in a phone interview on Fox & Friends, referring to the roughly $4 billion in aid the U.S. sends Israel annually.
