@CantonStrategic, a public company focused on the @CantonNetwork, just announced it will make its common stock available for tokenized trading under the SEC’s Innovation Exemption.
It is the first publicly traded company to do so under the new framework, working with TSV and Fairmint to bring its equity onchain on the Canton Network.
