🚨NEW: Really interesting scoop from my co-host @jacqmelinek: @NasdaqExchange rep(s) have apparently been warning issuers listed on its exchange against having their shares tokenized through @okx/@ICE_Markets TSV. So far, 38 companies have objected. 23 are Nasdaq-listed. Nasdaq has publicly said it has concerns about tokenized shares trading outside the traditional market structure and has said it’s not planning to launch a TSV. The exchange is pursuing its own tokenization model outside the TSV with Kraken that’s on track to launch in Q2 of 2027. We’ve reached out to the @NasdaqExchange for comment.
