#Argentina's state-controlled oil producer YPF swung to a $1.2 billion third-quarter profit on Wednesday as higher prices and booming shale output lifted earnings above analysts' expectations.
Revenue jumped 41% from a year earlier to $6.56 billion, beating the $5.80 billion estimate from analysts polled by LSEG. Adjusted EBITDA surged 84% to $2.50 billion, above an LSEG consensus of $2.25 billion.
