BREAKING: President Trump makes a major energy policy announcement at his Texas rally.

"Tonight, I'm officially terminating Biden's expensive and unnecessary methane regulations."

The president claims the rollback will save consumers and energy producers $45 billion while expanding domestic oil and natural gas production.

Trump says the move will unlock Texas natural gas reserves and produce an additional 210 million barrels of oil.
