One thing is clear, given Iran's current level of alert and readiness to retaliate, almost any military activity could have triggered a major escalation. What concerns the most is the apparent failure to fully appreciate just how dangerous the situation has become. We are much closer to an uncontrolled military escalation with Iran than many in Washington and Jerusalem seem to realize. And under the current circumstances, even a relatively limited incident could set off a chain of events that neither side would be able to control. #IranWar‌ #iran Retweeted by @staunovo from @citrinowicz
