Rep. Ilhan Omar could face expulsion from Congress if the DOJ finds immigration fraud, as Rep. Randy Fine questions her citizenship and vows to demand her removal. A federal court filing identified Omar under a different name.
“I assume that she’s not a citizen, so we might not even have to do that,” Fine told Fox News Digital.
Omar, a naturalized U.S. citizen since 2000, denies wrongdoing and calls the investigation politically motivated. Federal investigators are examining her immigration records and financial disclosures.
