UKMTO has received a time-late report of an incident 7NM northeast of Limah, Oman.
A tanker has reported being hit by an unknown projectile whilst transiting outbound in the Strait of Hormuz.
The tanker was able to continue its voyage to the next port of call.
Vessels are advised to transit with caution and report any suspicious activity to UKMTO, whilst authorities investigate.
