THE BLOCK: X user Spreek (@spreekaway) said an unknown actor appears to have compromised liquid staking platform Swell's operational hot keys on Oct. 21, including the swETH/rswETH oracle bot. The actor has raised the exchange rates by 1% per hour, with no ETH backing.
Four malicious contracts have been deployed, which could steal about 2,513 ETH from Swell's withdrawal and deposit contracts if an upgrade were ever approved, Spreek said.
