Tokenized assets can serve as collateral, unlock liquidity, and support lending and borrowing without requiring investors to sell their underlying holdings and experience a taxable event or exit a position.
This model is already taking shape in onchain markets. Extending these capabilities to traditional finance could fundamentally change how institutions access and deploy capital.
