President Donald Trump’s threat to use what’s known as the “Mother Of All Bombs” to hit Iran might be effective at hitting some military targets but would do little to destroy nuclear facilities buried deep under a mountain.
On Thursday, Trump declined to rule out using the MOAB, which actually stands for Massive Ordnance Air Blast, on Iran after the US midterm elections, and later said US forces may need to “take a shot” at a buried nuclear facility at Pickaxe Mountain.
