THE BLOCK: VanEck has asked the SEC to withdraw the registration statement for a planned Lido Staked Ethereum ETF, saying it no longer intends to proceed with the offering. $STETH
The S-1 filing was initially submitted on Oct. 16, 2025, and the firm listed no reason for today's withdrawal. VanEck said no shares have been or will be issued or sold under the registration statement.
