OPENAI SAYS A TERMINATED EMPLOYEE PLANTED A RECORDING DEVICE IN ONE OF ITS OFFICES, ARREST MADE
OpenAI says it found a "sophisticated" recording device hidden in one of its offices and used its models to trace it to a specific employee who had planted it a few days earlier. The company referred the matter to the FBI, and says agents and prosecutors moved quickly to make an arrest.
