Internal benchmarks simulating complex financial workloads such as trades on order books, borrow-lending platforms, and payments show up to 11x higher throughput end-to-end versus the current VM. And this is only the start: no optimizations, no Block-STM yet.
The bottleneck has shifted from execution to storage.
