Ethereum Economic Zone: First Atomic L1-to-L2 Mainnet Transaction Executed
Eduardo Antuña, a core contributor to the Ethereum Economic Zone (EEZ), announced on social media that the first-ever atomic cross-chain L1-to-L2 transaction has been executed on the Ethereum mainnet. Antuña emphasized that atomic synchronous composability is no longer merely theoretical, noting that this milestone represents just the beginning for EEZ's roadmap in bridging seamless cross-layer execution across the Ethereum ecosystem.
