IRAN REFUSES TO REOPEN STRAIT OF HORMUZ
Iran says the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed until the U.S. meets seven conditions established under the June Islamabad agreement.
Tehran says its immediate focus is restoring security in the strait, not nuclear negotiations, denying reports it offered inspections for sanctions relief.
The key dispute reportedly remains the sequencing of U.S. and Iranian concessions.
