Trump on time change bill which passed the House but is stalled in the Senate: We want to get away from this ridiculous way and custom of twice a year, turning your clocks back, turning clocks forward, being late for dinner, being late for very important meetings. It's ridiculous. And if you look at the public, they agree that's a 100% issue, 65%. I'll give you an example. Right now we're sitting out here. It's light. It's nice if you come down here in in another three weeks, it'll be dark. It'll be who wants it. We want our sunlight in the afternoon..So the House voted it more than 80%. It's been sitting up there. And hopefully we can get Tom Corron to move. Tom Cotton is holding it. He shouldn't be holding it. It's an issue that people want…We have the vote in the House. Mike Johnson did a great job. Now we'd like to have the vote in the Senate. Tom Cotton is holding it up, you know. What's it? The farmers want it. You know, wants it. Sports want it. Professional sports. And amateurs that would like to play tennis at night, would like to play golf a little bit without having to run home after 14 holes. It's ridiculous. It's very expensive to do. It's not a good thing. People don't want to have to change their clocks twice a year..It's a lot of work for a lot of people that running around for two days, changing all the clocks in their house. So it's an easy win. And I'm not even talking about for the Republican Senate, but the Senate, because it's a very bipartisan issue. And Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas, a state that I won by 35 or 40 points
