@runupdotfun and @sproutsomefun each brought thousands of new users onchain with their launches today. That means a new legion of ninjas joining the broader community and onboarding onto native Injective dApps.
I see RunUp and Sprout as two key cornerstones for the trenches to thrive on $INJ this cycle. Together they represent what makes Injective truly special in my mind.
RunUp lets anyone launch tokens paired with stock perps. Injective has uniquely dominated this category over time by shipping RWA perps spanning gold, GPU compute and stock indices.
Sprout represents social culture. It lets users build community and embed fun into finance.
I fundamentally believe these two platforms will usher in a new class of tokens that blend finance and culture symbiotically.
Yes, I am sure many will be critical of the launches. The same thing happened in 2023 with Premier Ninjas and memes like Ninja and Kira on Injective. However, the loyalists kept building and growing until they dominated onchain trench culture. That persistence helped Injective emerge as a major chain after years of being overlooked.
Injective today is far superior in every way to where it stood in 2023 and 2024. That is why I believe this exact lesson will be amplified by orders of magnitude across 2026 and 2027. The maturity, the UX, the innovative products, the novel RWAs, the regulatory approvals on INJ and the upcoming releases will not only bring an unimaginable number of users into the ecosystem but also redefine onchain culture as a whole.
