Sui Basecamp is five days away, and this year you can join IRL or online.

Next week is gonna be big, but the ecosystem didn't slow down this week.

Here’s your weekly recap:

• Sui Basecamp is coming to your screen, live Oct 7-8. Every Summit Stage session, the Hudi Trading Competition, and a live TPS record attempt. Register for stream links, alerts, and giveaways.

• The @Bitwise PPLUS market on @suilendprotocol passed $10M in deposits five days after launch, now the largest RWA market on Suilend. PPLUS is issued through @EmberProtocol and curated by Bitwise.

• Sui joined @OpenAssetsInc to extend the Open Tokenized Asset Standard (OTAS) to Sui, under @lfdecentralized Trust. Shared rules for identity, compliance, asset representation, and reporting, so a tokenized asset keeps its ownership and compliance record when it moves between institutions and networks.

• The Sui Basecamp Creator Challenge is open. $30,000 in prizes across 8 tracks, whether you are in Singapore or watching the livestream. Submissions open Oct 7 at 11:00 SGT.

• @AsymptoticTech has formally verified 10+ protocols on Sui, including @Scallop_io, @CetusProtocol, @EmberProtocol, @CurrentSUI, @bluefinapp, @MMTFinance, @navi_protocol, and Sui staking. Proofs land before attackers point frontier models at the same code.

• @scorechain integrated with Sui. Compliance teams can screen Sui wallets, monitor transactions, and trace funds to the same standard they apply on every other chain, built for Sui's object-centric model.

• @ChainPatrol has blocked 3,023 impersonation and phishing threats aimed at the Sui community. Half were web domains and URLs, 23% on X, the rest across Medium, Telegram, YouTube, and malicious onchain addresses.

• @CurrentSUI opened its sUSN-USDC Multiply vault with @noon_capital, after upgrading to @StorkOracle, testing with Asymptotic, and calibrating risk with @AllezLabs.

• @DeepBookonSui took 20% off all trading fees for a limited time.

• Sui crossed 4.9 billion lifetime transactions, per @chainspect_app. 4,900,032,732 and counting.

See you in Singapore or your screen, Oct 7-8.
