I am more likely to fire a programmer for using AI to generate bad code and land it into prod then because AI displaced a programmer by doing their work.

My brain can only handle a handful of products. I need a CEO/pm per product. Each ceo/pm can only handle a handful of features. So each one needs 1 to 2 people per product feature.

Software has nothing to do with throughput of lines of code. The vast majority of the work is in reducing the loc shipped via libraries and frameworks and code reuse. AI will have the same impact on programming jobs as software libraries.
