“Well, I haven't seen the ad specifically you're talking about, but again, if you're using campaign ads and using federal dollars, that would not be appropriate. But I can't speak exactly to the content of the ad you're talking about again. We should try and keep those things separately from you know the campaign dollars, and this is why we have ethics rules.”
