He noted that financial institutions and corporations around the world are accelerating their adoption of Bitcoin, while the U.S. government has designated Bitcoin held in its strategic reserve as an asset not to be sold. Since most global capital can only gain exposure through securities markets, publicly listed companies can use equity and debt financing to expand their Bitcoin holdings and participate in the development of digital capital markets.
