we are entering the singularity, dollars are going to be worthless as they are all printed+invested in the pursuit of achieving agi

in the bull case where agi happens, holding bonds instead of assets will be very expensive when the largest companies dramatically increase their revenues

in the bear case where agi does not happen & we get hyperinflation, you will need to be much more incentivized to be holding dollars

therefore it makes sense why there must be a higher yield to hold debt instead & also why bitcoin is going to $1M per coin, the market is pricing in the probability of the doom loop or the probability of achieving a sentient ai god at the same time
