Great, so why do you continue to stupidly assert that (c)(1) has anything to do with them not being publishers or speakers. It's all about them being publishers or speakers.

I have no idea what you think this means. But public accommodations law has nothing to do with anything to do with speech or Section 230. There is no reason it is in your chart except to mislead deeply stupid people.

I think maybe you are somehow thinking that because the word "public" is both in "public forum" and "public accommodation", that means those two terms have something to do with each other. But "public forum" has two different meanings (a traditional public forum like a sidewalk and a tradition private forum like a church or debate hall that's open to the public) and neither of them have anything whatsover to do with public accommodations.

I know I've explained all of this to you before, so I don't understand why you even bother repeating it to me.
