Salesforce (CRM) is up 12% after the software company raised its full-year forecast and announced an expanded partnership with Anthropic. Wendy’s Co. (WEN) plunges 12% after Reuters reported that Nelson Peltz’s Trian Fund Management has no plans to make a bid at this time to take the fast-food chain private.
