"We haven't been at it this long, only this administration [has taken] it seriously in the last year and a half. And what we've done is we've begun to stimulate the domestic production of the components and the all-up systems for these drone manufacturers... and we're doing that across the domestic supply chain to make sure that they're building drones here."
