NEBIUS $NBIS UP AS MUCH AS 7.8% AFTER NVIDIA DISCLOSES 9.3% STAKE 🟢
Nvidia $NVDA disclosed a 9.3% passive stake in Nebius, about 22.26 million shares, via a Schedule 13G filing dated July 13 and released July 20.
The stake includes roughly 1.19 million common shares plus about 21 million shares tied to a warrant from Nvidia's previously announced $2B investment in Nebius; the warrant cannot be exercised before September 11.
The filing does not permit activism. Freedom Capital upgraded Nebius to Buy following the disclosure, raising its price target to $200 from $159.
